Private swim lessons are adapted for all ages, abilities, fitness levels, learning styles, and goals. The 1 hour private pool lesson starts with a review of swim training goals, stroke analysis, identification of technique issues, and an introduction to specific swim drills for improved form. Subsequent lessons build on that foundation. Practice plans are provided for swimmers between lessons to reinforce skills. Lessons take place at UDC Natatorium

These 2 hour open water clinics will help you succeed in your next open water swim. You will learn various aspects of open water racing and then practice your new skills. Clinics cover: conditions, race strategy, starts, drafting, pacing, pack swimming, sighting, buoy turns, and finishes.
