The 1 hour private pool lesson starts with a review of swim training goals, stroke analysis, identification of technique issues, and an introduction to specific swim drills for improved form. Each practice has a different focus, different drills, different sets. You will learn and work on various open water skills (starts, finishes, pacing, sighting, buoy turns), become more aware of how various conditions effect your swimming, and get a better "feel for the water."
